Pauline's Hair Policy
We guarantee our hair not to matte. If there is a problem, hair must be returned within 5 days. Guarantee is voided if hair has been colored or permed. We do not cover any stylist cost.
Natural colors will vary.
Returns
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@paulineshair.com or 562-602-5500. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions where to send your package. We don’t pay for the return and make sure ship it with a tracking number

CUSTOM HAIR PIECE AND STOCK WIG, STOCK CLOSURES AND LACE FRONTRAL REFUND:
We cannot guarantee you will receive exact same hair as previous orders due to our product being 100% human hair. 100% Human Hair will naturally oxidize (reds fade quicker), due to heat, elements, natural sunlight, washing and general wear of hairpiece/wig. All lace materials will stretch and may tear from normal wear and tear. All materials vary to base type. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot guarantee the longevity of any Top Piece, Hair Piece or Wig. These pieces are made to look as close as possible to hair growing from a human scalp. Each hair is individually ventilated (strand by strand). The hair breaks off to normal wear and tear from styling, shampoo, and heat. Once the hair is lost, it does not replace itself. We can add hair at additional labor cost. Repaired part will not look exactly like the original piece.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is not the correct wave, curly, color or texture etc.., prior to placement so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, any product that has been used, installed or colored custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale hair extensions items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method less shipping cost Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
